We review our worldwide supply chain regularly – operating from an EC approved + BRC Storage and Distribution ‘AA’ accredited site.
Voted as Meat Supplier of the Year 2018, UMC has an extensive fleet of branded distribution vehicles ready to service our market. We cater for over 600 retail, wholesale and foodservice outlets across the island, mainland UK and Europe.
Solar panel technology on our premises produces a large proportion of our energy requirements
